A lifetime in Arkansas government and public service.
Cory Cox has spent more than 30 years serving inside Arkansas government, advising statewide leaders, and advocating for organizations that matter to Arkansas communities.
A Perryville native shaped by working for Arkansas.

A Perryville native, attorney, husband, father, cattleman, and Christian, Cory built his career around one guiding belief: people deserve someone willing to fight for them when the stakes are high.
That belief began early.
When Cory was 12 years old, his father lost his job at a Little Rock box plant and pursued an age discrimination lawsuit — only to be abandoned by his attorney. The experience shaped Cory's decision to pursue law and public service on behalf of working Arkansans who could not navigate those systems alone.
"Arkansas isn't a client list to me. It's home. The people I represent are my neighbors, my church family, my friends — and I treat their fight like my own."
Growing up in Perry County instilled the values that still anchor his work today: faith, family, hard work, and a deep loyalty to the rural communities that built Arkansas. He still runs cattle on the family land and remains active in his local church and community.
That same small-town directness is what clients meet at the Capitol — no posturing, no layered staff, no missed phone calls. Just a straight answer and a strategy built on three decades of relationships.
Arkansas roots. Arkansas relationships.
Cory attended Arkansas Tech University, earning a degree in History and Political Science while serving in student government, campus leadership organizations, fraternity leadership, and theater.
During his time at Arkansas Tech, he developed relationships and leadership skills that would shape the trajectory of his career — including an early connection with then-Lieutenant Governor Mike Huckabee that opened the door to the Governor's Office.
He later earned his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he sharpened a legal mind that would go on to advise governors, attorneys general, and statewide agencies.

Few Arkansas lobbyists have served at this level.
His career includes leadership roles inside the Governor's Office, Arkansas Attorney General's Office, Arkansas Department of Human Services, Arkansas Insurance Department, and statewide healthcare policy organizations.
In 2024, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders appointed Cory to the Arkansas Tech University Board of Trustees — entrusting him with helping guide the governance and long-term leadership of his alma mater and one of Arkansas' flagship public universities.
Today, Cory serves as Founder of 3C Consulting and as a member of the Arkansas Tech University Board of Trustees.

Anchored in conviction.
An active member of his local church, Cory leads his work the way he leads his life — by his word, with humility, and accountable to something larger than the next election cycle.
Husband and father first.
Cory and his wife are raising their family in Arkansas with the same values he grew up with in Perry County. Family commitments shape his calendar — and his perspective at the Capitol.
A working cattleman.
Cory still runs cattle on family land outside Perryville. Agriculture isn't a talking point — it's part of the rhythm of his week and the reason rural Arkansas always has a seat at his table.

A personal approach to government relations.
3C Consulting was intentionally built differently from traditional lobbying firms. Clients are not passed to junior associates or layered account teams. Every relationship is direct, personal, and built around trust.
Cory believes effective advocacy starts with understanding people — not just politics. His approach combines strategic insight, strong relationships, and a practical understanding of how decisions impact Arkansas businesses, families, and communities.
